Notes
Important notes about some brachot and foods:
Mezonos on bagels: It is a complicated matter and it involves different rulings. See this Halachipedia's Pat Haba Bikisnin page for more information.
Shehakol on Bamba: Although many poskim ruled that the bracha is Shehakol, if someone said Ha'adamah (on Bamba or something else), then they should not say another bracha of Shehakol.
Shehakol on sushi: Sushi includes different ingredients with different brashot. The OU (bracha on special cases) suggests making a separate bracha on the rice (Mezonos) and another bracha on the fish (Shehakol). See also Halachapedia on Ikar and Tafel (primary and secondary parts).
